We are having a parish facilities calendar meeting on Tuesday, May 27, at 6:30pm. Representatives from any parish group or ministry that uses our facilities are invited and would hopefully know what events or needs they may have for the coming year (June 2025–June 2026).

If you are aware of particular events, please email Debbie Collins (debbiecollins@abvmtech.org) before the meeting, a brief description of the event, the space needed, and the time when this may occur, so that we aware of possible conflicts going into the meeting. Hopefully this will help us use our facilities in the best ways for our parish mission and our parishioners, and avoid unnecessary conflicts.
