The Assumption Fall Festival Committee extends a huge thank you to all who helped pull off another successful festival this year. We are filled with much gratitude for those who volunteered their time and talent, brought in donations, and attended the two-day event. We anticipate more than 2,000 guests attended the festival this year.
Because of your hard work, dedication, and support, the popular fundraiser made a huge impact on our parish and the community.
· We sold 550 haunted hayrides
· sold so much food at the Ultimate Sandwich Stand on Saturday night that we had to purchase more for Sunday
· sold all 400 brisket dinners on Sunday
· and awarded to prize winners all donations for the Cakewalk and kids games.
For this, we are sincerely grateful for your support in making our event a resounding success.
What did you think? We want to hear from you! Please CLICK HERE and let us know how we did by taking the short, three-question survey and answer these questions:
1. What did you like most about the festival?
2. What did you not like about the festival?
3. How can we improve the overall event?
Or contact Nancy Gomer at 636-240-3721 ext. 239 with your answers.
While we had many big raffle winners at the event, two states games have gone unclaimed:
· #10438 Arizona
· #13321 Rhode Island
If you have either of these tickets, please bring it to the Parish Office for your payout.
Congratulations to all our festival raffle winners, which include:
· Brent Walker won the 5k/School Tuition Mega Raffle
· Christine Kline took home $382.50 in the 50/50 Raffle
· Angie Thessen won the first place Queen Quilt Raffle and Jan Glenzy won the second place Twin Quilt Raffle
· Vinny Zwilling and Kyle Moss each won a Liquor/Gift Card Basket
