The ideal candidate needs to have previous experience working in a parish office, and be familiar with membership records and sacrament records. Primary responsibilities include preparing the Sunday bulletin, receiving and transferring telephone calls, scheduling appointments and meeting room requests online, coordinating funeral scheduling, maintaining the Mass Intensions book, etc.
