FEAST DAY CELEBRATION, AUG. 11: The Assumption Parish Feast Day and Back–to–School Celebration is Sunday, August 11. Be sure to join us for 10AM Mass, and then stay for a couple hours of fun on our school campus. The day’s activities are from 11AM–12:30PM, and feature complimentary hotdogs and chips, a bounce house/slide inflatable combo and Bubble Van fun for all ages! All are welcome to visit Assumption School during this exciting event and students are encouraged to drop off school supplies in the classrooms and meet their new teachers.

HOLY DAY MASS, AUG. 14 & 15: The Solemnity of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary is a Holy Day of Obligation and is celebrated on Thursday, Aug. 15. On this day, we commemorate Mary being taken into Heaven. A solemn vigil Mass is celebrated in the Church at 5:30PM, Wednesday, Aug. 14, and on the feast day of the Assumption, Thursday, Aug. 15, Mass is celebrated at 6:30AM, 8AM and 7PM in Church.
