Crist Renews His Parish (CRHP) is the first step in helping people make sense of life.
You see, most people have this nagging feeling that they want more out of life or that
something is missing in their lives. They want to work this out, but they have no idea
how or even where to start.

There are questions we all ask ourselves in different ways: Who am I? What am I here
for? What matters most? What matters least? Christ Renews His Parish is a faith-filled
experience that can help you discover what that something is --- and what to do about
it. CRHP puts a framework around these questions and makes space for Jesus to work
in your life. You can get personal clarity and be inspired to start living with a deeper
sense of purpose.

you develop a closer relationship with Jesus, spend time in prayer and in the scriptures,

weekend experience say “you can’t explain what happens; you have to experience
it.” This is your invitation to that “experience.”

What To Expect

Christ Renews His Parish is a spiritual renewal weekend (Saturday 8:00am – Sunday
4pm) designed to help you grow in your personal relationship with Jesus Christ. During
the break from your daily routine, you will likely hear Him speak to you. You will join
fellow Assumption parishioners of varied backgrounds and faith levels for this rich and
extraordinary experience. Your level of participation in the weekend's activities is up to
you.

Through fellowship, faith sharing, hospitality, music, individual and group discussions,
Mass, and more, you will have the opportunity to reflect on your life and your spiritual
journey and build meaningful relationships with other men or women in the parish
(men and women attend separate weekends). Every member of Assumption parish 18
years of age or older is invited to attend. The weekend experiences are designed to
help all of us respond to Christ’s call to a closer and deeper relationship with Him.

  • Women's Weekend Saturday and Sunday October 12th and 13th, 2024​
  • Men's Weekend Saturday and Sunday March 22nd and 23rd, 2025
