Immediately following 8am Mass, Saturday, May 6, participants of all ages are invited to join the Assumption Respect Life Apostolate ministry at the Assumption Chapel, for a morning of special devotions. This includes praying the living rosary, the dedication of the newly installed Parish Pro-Life sign and first Saturday prayers.
Interested participants should meet at the Chapel by 8:45am and wait for instructions. Assumption Pastor, Reverend Nick Kastenholz, will bless the newly installed Pro-Life sign located outside in front of the Chapel between 8:45-9am. After the blessing, the living rosary will be prayed in front of the Chapel, while six participants hold Pro-Life signs. During the special Pro-Life celebration, everyone will sing songs and say a special prayer in honor of Our Lady. Participants are encouraged to wear their Assumption 150th Anniversary apparel (or something light blue) and bring flowers for our Blessed Mother. The event is anticipated to last about 40 minutes.
