Support our Parish on Giving Tuesday! November 29 is Giving Tuesday, a day to take a break from online shopping and consider online giving to charities and other nonprofit organizations.  Our parish is again teaming with other Catholic causes on Giving Tuesday in a program called #iGiveCatholic. 

Our focus for this year’s #iGiveCatholic appeal at Assumption is the future of our church.  How do we keep the Catholic Church alive in O’Fallon for the next 150 years?

The health and safety of our parishioners, visitors, students, teacher and staff are of paramount importance to us.  On any given school day, we need to provide a safe and secure environment for 400+ children, as well as 30+ teachers and staff. 

Your gift through #iGiveCatholic will be used to help financial assistance to provide a safer environment, we have identified several potential enhancements to our campus.  These include:

1.       Electric door locks controlled by key fobs or badges

2.       Security cameras in parking lots and other areas

3.       Privacy film on windows in the hallways, so that outsiders cannot see into the building

4.       Modifications to restrooms to promote safety while preserving privacy

5.       Additional lighting in the parking lots and walkways
